I tend to do most of my coaching work around lunchtime, in the evenings, and weekends to suit busy working professionals.

You can schedule a no-obligation 15-minute ‘chemistry call’ where we can discuss your needs and you can decide whether what we offer might suit you or not.
Should you decide to follow-through, you will receive a Coaching Agreement, which simply sets out the Terms & Conditions that underpin our services, so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Fees and scheduling
£200 = single session (50 minutes)
£550 = bundle of 3 sessions
£1000 = bundle of 6 sessions
You can easily book an appointment with us here.
Times are Greenwich Mean Time, but it should automatically adjust to your time zone if different. Payment is taken at the time of booking and is fully refundable if cancelled 24 hours in advance of the session time.

During challenging periods like Brexit and Covid, I learned how to motivate diverse, dispersed teams in contentious circumstances and became passionate about helping others do the same. I enjoy supporting others develop their own resilience and agility in adverse circumstances.
